What we built

We designed a multi-agent AI system accessible through a dedicated Telegram account, powered by n8n and Claude Sonnet 4.6. The architecture follows a hub-and-spoke model: one Orchestration Agent receives every message and delegates to specialized sub-agents, each with precise missions and capabilities.

Connected systems

Shopify Agent: Pulls real-time data on orders, revenue, inventory levels, best-selling products, and conversion rates
HubSpot Agent: Queries marketing campaign performance, contact lists, subscriber counts, customer segments, and engagement activity
Gorgias Agent: Retrieves open tickets, pending support inquiries, CSAT scores from satisfaction surveys, and support backlog status
Typeform Agent: Fetches survey and form responses in real time via webhooks, giving instant visibility on customer feedback and lead qualification
Analytics Agent: Performs complex calculations on the fly (margins, month-over-month growth, projections)
Operations Monitor: Checks task completion and pending tasks across the team, sends automated reminders when deadlines slip
Communication Agent: Drafts and sends emails or posts updates directly to team Slack channels
Spotify Agent: Controls the office playlist without leaving the conversation (bonus)

Each query is interpreted, routed to the right agent, executed, and aggregated into a single response.

Voice-first operations

The system is fully voice-enabled:

Voice messages are transcribed using OpenAI Whisper
Claude corrects transcription errors (proper nouns, e-commerce terminology)
Responses are converted back to audio via OpenAI TTS

The CEO can ask questions while walking through the warehouse and get answers instantly. No laptop. No dashboards. Just a conversation.
